Fungus Treatment
- Apply to dry surface using a garden sprayer or power washer.
- Leave the chemical on the surface for 4 - 5 days and power wash wall if required but not a necessity as rain fall will wash the wall. Ensure that the surface being treated is well sprayed.
- Treatment of Red or Green Dark Discolouration: Mix 1 part chemical with 5 parts water. Covers 210sq.m. (265 sq.yds.) Treatment of Red or Green Light Discolouration: Mix 1 part chemical with 10 parts water. Covers 420sq.m. (530 sq.yds.)
Algae Treatment
- Apply to dry surface using a watering can, garden sprayer or power washer.
- Only apply product when surface is dry.
- Ensure that the surface being treated is well sprayed.
- After the Algae turns Brown it must be removed from the surface by a yard brush or light hosing. If treated Algae is not removed, new Algae may appear.
- Treatment of Heavy Algae: Mix 1 part chemical with 5 parts water. Covers 210sq.m. (265 sq.yds.) Treatment of Light Algae: Mix 1 part chemical with 10 parts water. Covers 420sq.m. (530 sq.yds.) THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THIS PRODUCT MAY BE AFFECTED BY HOT OR COLD CONDITIONS. DO NOT USE PRODUCT BELOW 8˚C or above 20˚C
