The tulip comes in almost every colour and is one of the best-known flowers in the Netherlands. They have to be planted in September onwards and the flowering time is from April till June. Especially the 'botanic' tulip is suitable for th e garden. They can remain in the ground and will flower again the following year.
They have a flowering height of 50 cm (20 inches) and should be planted at a depth of 10 cm (4 inches) and spaced 10 cm (4 inches) apart. The best planting time is September onwards
